Step by step making it easy and known what to expect from us!

Once you inquire about your upcoming wedding day we respond within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive my investment guide which includes an in-depth look into our approach and what we offer. If you believe our values and style align, I  recommend couples book a consultation call with me so we can discuss your vision and desires. After our call you’ll receive a questionnaire that helps me create a barebones timeline to help us decide the amount of coverage for your proposal. We will take several things into account when we create your custom wedding proposal which includes: locations, ceremony length, time of the ceremony, and your greatest wishes.

Once a proposal is emailed over, the contract and invoice, your wedding date will be temporarily held for 14 days. This gives you plenty of time to review your proposal, and pay the retainer fee.

After the proposal has been received you are officially booked with us!

All couples receive a complimentary wedding guide which includes a deeper look into what the following months will look like and provides you with resources to plan your wedding. Included in the wedding guide is information about your engagement session, which I will reach out to you to schedule. Engagement sessions are not only to celebrate your milestone, but for us to also work together and get to know each other! I like to create ‘vision boards’ for each couple so we can include things that you love. My goal during your engagement is to feel comfortable, and showcase your love story in an authentic way. The turnaround time for engagement photos is 7-10 days, so you can plan accordingly to send out save the dates. 

After our engagement session is wrapped up, I like to have “touch points” where I reach out periodically before your wedding. The last thing I want is for you to hear crickets, and not hear from me until your wedding date. You can expect to hear from me 9, 6 and 3 months out.

At the 3 month out mark you’ll receive a questionnaire form me. This wedding questionnaire helps me create a ‘timeline’ for you, that is to help us, as your photographers, plan out the day and ensure everything is covered. This questionnaire also asks for a family formal list. Two weeks out we will meet in person or by phone to discuss details, and ensure we are both on the same page about your wedding day!

Before the wedding day I’ll check in and confirm the location and time we will be arriving. I’ll remind you of any last minute details to have ready for us to photograph. We encourage all our couples to take a breath, and allow themselves to enjoy themselves. No worrying about lists, or timelines: we’ve got that covered. To truly document your wedding we simply ask you to allow yourself to enjoy the day as it unfolds. Our job is to be that sounding voice you need during the rush of your wedding day. We will be the fly on the walls you need us to be.

We understand the anxiety when it comes to getting your gallery back, we guarantee sneak peeks of your wedding day 48 hours after. Wedding galleries will be done within 4-8 weeks. We will keep in touch with you about the status of your gallery and when you can expect it back from us.
